I’ve worked in the voluntary sector my whole working life. From the moment I started volunteering in a local school at the age of 16 or 17 I have had the volunteering bug and have never not been a volunteer. I absolutely love the voluntary sector and have been a volunteer, trustee, mentor, coach, project manager, senior manager, CEO and probably lots more in between during my 35 years working within it. I will never leave and I learn all the time.
