Developing a values led culture
Developing a values led culture is intentional. Simply identifying and talking about your values on your website and in funding bids and marketing doesn’t build a values led culture. I can help you to ensure that the approach to values in your organisation is intentional, that everyone in the organisation signs up to and understands where their contribution is and how to live the values in their work and volunteering. I can help you to develop your values and can also help with making them ‘real;’ identifying the behaviours, policies and processes that demonstrate them best. Whether you have a set of values and want to embed or review them, or you want to introduce new or update existing values I can work with you to make values more meaningful in your organisation.
Structure and process reviews
Do you have complicated processes that slow things down or make things complicated? Have you built your processes organically over time and now want to take stock and find new solutions? Do you do things in a certain way simply because that’s what you’ve always done? I can help you to review your processes with an independent and objective approach that helps you to see things differently.
Developing a feedback culture
Do you sometimes hesitate to give constructive feedback because you want everyone to be happy? Do you feel like sometimes people play the ‘blame game’ rather than look for solutions? Do issues and challenges sometimes go unaddressed because you don’t have a culture of feedback? I can help you to create and practice giving constructive, action oriented feedback and work with you to develop processes and opportunities that make this natural and part of your culture.
